A CHALET
MADE FOR YOU

Chalet ASPA sets trailblazing standards in terms of architecture, design and alpine luxury in Kitzbühel. Tyrolean structural design has reached a new zenith here, one that has yet to find its equal in both Austria’s most legendary sports town and beyond.

The rooftops of Kitzbühel are literally at your feet in Aschbachbichl. Nowhere else is the view over the legend-entwined town as clear as here. With its close proximity to the vibrant town centre and tranquil mountain landscapes on the other side, Aschbachbichl has turned into one of Kitzbühel‘s most coveted locations in recent times.

In winter, it takes no time at all to be in the midst of all the action – both on Mount Hahnenkamm, as well as the sun-drenched Kitzbüheler Horn. Those seeking escape from the daily hustle and bustle will find sanctuary in Chalet Aspa. The picturesque hamlet is away from the tourist trail and affords the highest possible privacy within the town. In summer, Kitzbühel Golf Club is only a few minutes‘ away. After a successful round on the fairway, or relaxing hike in the natural surroundings, you can head back to the chalet, safe in the knowledge that you are privy to by far the best views over Kitzbühel. The south-west facing slope on which the property nestles is blessed with over 3,000 hours of sunshine per year. A tremendously high average, even for a holiday resort with the most discerning standards. The chalet itself offers an impeccable home in its own unparalleled style. Discover this new jewel in Kitzbühel and its breathtaking surroundings for yourself.

THE MEANING OF ASPA

“The term ASPA can be traced back to the Aschbachbichl. The lively Aschbach is looking for its way through the undergrowth of the historic ash forests close by, until it flows into the Kitzbüheler Ache a little later. The Aspa Fraxinur, as the ash was called in Old High German, is a common tree species in the forests and meadows of the Tyrolean Achen. In the animal and plant kingdom, it shapes many of the most precious habitats in the Kitzbühel Alps. Its noble white wood is also highly valued in furniture construction due to its quality and its silvery shimmer provides breathtaking accents in luxurious interiors. “
